This role is to be the Duty Manager of a vibrant and energetic business at the forefront of the Leeds nightlife. This is a 7 day a week operation offering a wide variety of entertainment, events and exceptional service experiences. The role requires the successful candidate to be a well presented professional with some experience of managing a small team in the field of hospitality and a ‘can do’ approach to supporting the Senior Management in developing the business through great marketing and promotions.

Essential Qualities

  • Experience of running a busy shift in the hospitality industry

  • Experience of cash handling, stock ordering and stock control

  • Experience of supervising a small team of staff

  • A knowledge and understanding of the legislative requirements of the hospital industry

  • Experience of promoting products through bar displays and promoting events through Social Media

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience of promoting and delivering excellent customer service

  • Ability to handle difficult or conflict situations
